PAYMENT

we accept all major credit cards via Paypal for safe and easy transaction.

PRICES & SHIPPING CHARGES

we ship both domestically within the United States and internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS). domestic customers are charged a flat 5 dollar shipping fee for all apparel orders. international customers are charged a flat 15 dollar shipping fee for all apparel. international customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

DELIVERY

any purchases will be shipped within 7 business days of the initial date of order; although most orders will be shipped within 3-4 days. please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. if, in any case, you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks, please contact our customer service department at [email protected]. we are, however, not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

RETURN POLICY

we do not offer refunds. exchanges* can only be offered for wrong product shipped within 10 days of the customer receipt of shipment. notice must be given to [email protected] with concerns about the product prior to shipping items back for exchange. items must be in their original packaging and as-new condition and must be accompanied with a printed receipt. customers are financially responsible for shipping items back to this. worldwide for exchange.

*all sale items are final. no refunds or exchanges are offered.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

we reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease the availability of any or all products. although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee all products are available at the time of order and available for immediate delivery. if we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified as soon as possible by our customer service department by email and offered a refund or exchange of product.

COLORS

as much as we try to display the true color of our products on our site, we cannot guarantee that the display on your monitor will reflect the actual color.
